Understand
A deployment. Traceable checks.
Critical SEO invariants are replayed automatically before and after deployment.
TSEP protocol criterion
The TSEP result concerns the checking process and supplied execution evidence. A correctly blocked SEO defect remains visible without making the process itself defective.
The rules and limits of this check are detailed at the bottom of this guide.
Check
The check fails. Does the pipeline react?
In TSEP Control
You import evidence for this control. The engine assesses it within the declared scope; missing items remain visible.
Your contribution
Define the scope and expectations before collection. Gather the items below and supply the requested reviews.
With your own tools
Link each deployment to its test plan, executed version and retained outputs. Check before/after coverage and a controlled failure scenario to confirm the pipeline’s response.
Evidence to retain
Bound plan/reviews, identified command/environment, native input/output receipts, process exit codes, JSONL journal and artifacts around application.
What this result covers
First strict native TSEP profile without overrides; supplied commands are never executed. Reviews, completeness, clocks and runner are supplied, not authenticated. C qualifies the declared process, not global SEO health, causality or remote CI.
Act
The critical checks. Before the release.
Integrate critical checks into deployment and retain before-and-after evidence.
Recheck
Before and after. Every release.
At each decision or deployment, add dated observations to the record. Connect before, after and the same expectations: this history is the evidence for the control.

Statuses, sources and method.
Understand the statusesC · NC · NT · NA
The same legend in guides, analysis and demo. Each status depends on the control’s evidence and rules.
- C · Verified
- The criterion is met within the assessed scope. Keep dated evidence for the next comparison.
- NC · To correct
- Integrate critical checks into deployment and retain before-and-after evidence.
- NT · Not established
- Evidence or confirmations are insufficient to conclude. Supply what is missing; this status does not establish an SEO error.
- NA · Not applicable
- The control does not apply to the scope under its rules, with a retained justification. Missing evidence alone does not make it non-applicable.

Detailed method and rules3 rules
Control method and criteria
Method
Fix the population, matrix and policy before attempts; replay native inputs/outputs, bound events and negative rehearsal under release-invariants-v1.
Acceptance criteria
Reviewed representative plan, covered executions and correct failure/unknown handling; all three rules pass. A correctly blocked SEO defect stays visible without failing the process.
Non-applicability
No relevant deployment or pipeline within the scope and period.
Detailed rules
TS41-A01 · Prior plan and representativeness
Protocol assessment mode : assisted, with supplied evidence and declarations. App availability is shown on the control card.
Scope
Deployments subject to project-defined SEO invariants.
Evidence
Bound plan/reviews, identified command/environment, native input/output receipts, process exit codes, JSONL journal and artifacts around application.
Method
Check the window, attempts, matrix, strict policy and bound representativeness review before the window.
Acceptance criteria
Complete plan and supported review; explicit bound rejection = fail.
When the result remains inconclusive
Missing, unbound, late or incomplete plan/review; unsupported profile, threshold or scope.
Non-applicability
No automatic atomic exemption.
Assumptions
Supplied population, comparable context, artifact identities and reviews; their truth remains to qualify.
Limitations
First strict native TSEP profile without overrides; supplied commands are never executed. Reviews, completeness, clocks and runner are supplied, not authenticated. C qualifies the declared process, not global SEO health, causality or remote CI.
TS41-A02 · Execution coverage and output fidelity
Protocol assessment mode : assisted, with supplied evidence and declarations. App availability is shown on the control card.
Scope
Deployments subject to project-defined SEO invariants.
Evidence
Bound plan/reviews, identified command/environment, native input/output receipts, process exit codes, JSONL journal and artifacts around application.
Method
Recalculate retained inputs; check matrix, artifacts, command, triggers and chronology without executing argv.
Acceptance criteria
Exact population and faithful outputs including retained unknowns; conclusive binding or output contradiction = fail.
When the result remains inconclusive
Missing receipt, cell, review, event or runtime; ambiguous journal, extra execution or differing inconclusive recalculation.
TS41-A03 · Negative rehearsal and process response
Protocol assessment mode : assisted, with supplied evidence and declarations. App availability is shown on the control card.
Scope
Deployments subject to project-defined SEO invariants.
Evidence
Bound plan/reviews, identified command/environment, native input/output receipts, process exit codes, JSONL journal and artifacts around application.
Method
Check prior negative failure, distinct pass/fail/inconclusive exit codes and explicit block/apply or accept/hold event.
Acceptance criteria
Effective negative rehearsal and phase-correct responses; masked failure/unknown, wrong action or observed override = fail.
When the result remains inconclusive
Missing/unqualified rehearsal, process exit, binding or action; journal absence cannot establish a block.
